SURVEYING
We’ll conduct an initial survey and go over the original design plans. Our surveying team will record all the necessary measurements and check that the project can proceed as planned. If any changes are needed for any reason, these will be discussed at this stage.
If your build requires planning permission, our team will also gather all the necessary information for the application.
PLANNING & BUILDING REGS
Your application for planning permission will be submitted to your local council.
Timescales can vary, but you should allow around 10 weeks for Full Householder Planning Permission to be processed and circa 8 weeks for NCS Approval to be granted.
SCHEDULE OF WORKS
We’ll assign you a project manager who’ll produce a schedule of work and coordinate all the various building and fitting teams as required.
BUILDING & INSTALLATION
The Trent Valley building teams will get to work and once the foundations and building works are completed, your frames and/or roof will be fitted.
We’ll manage the entire project from start to finish, so you can rest assured that we have everything covered.
FINISHING
With the project fully installed, we’ll ensure you’re satisfied with the build.
