Trent Valley Windows Response To Covid-19
Here at Trent Valley Windows we want you to know we’re prioritising your health and safety in response to the current COVID-19 outbreak.
We want to reassure you that the safety and well being of our customers and colleagues is always a top priority. In light of the current situation, we’re carefully following the advice from the health authorities and have put into place a number of additional precautions, such as increased hand washing and sanitisation, as well as implementing a heightened cleaning regime around our showrooms.
Our business will operate as normal and our opening hours will, for the foreseeable future, remain the same. However, for everyone’s safety, we kindly ask that if you have any of the symptoms that could indicate a COVID-19 infection i.e. high fever and/or persistent cough, then please follow the current NHS guidelines on self-isolation and do not visit either of our showrooms. Our representatives and installation teams are maintaining all appointments and scheduled work, if you have any concerns then please contact us on 0115 959 8000 and we can make alternative/precautionary arrangements. Please be assured that all our personnel have been issued with current NHS guidelines.
