Design - Communicate all of your ideas to our team, and we’ll tell you how we can make them a reality. It’s often useful if you take some rough measurements and a photograph of where you envisage the conservatory sitting. Once we are in receipt of all of this information, we can begin designing it on a computer.

Survey - We will send out one of our surveyors to your home. They will take more thorough measurements and gauge where the windows and doors are best placed.

Planning Permission - Trent Valley Windows will take responsibility for obtaining planning permission and building regulations approval when it’s needed. We may well discover that a planning application does not need to be submitted.

Installation - When we say we do it ALL, we’re not exaggerating. Our installation team will dig the foundations, create the base, build the dwarf wall, erect the frames, roof and install the glass. We work to a strict schedule and you will be informed of what it is.

Build Process - It’s more hassle-free building a conservatory than a conventional home extension. You only have to read some of the testimonials from our satisfied customers to come to that conclusion. Many of these testimonials also highlight how punctual and knowledgeable our consultants are.

Finishing - We will plaster the internal walls, lay the floor with ceramic tiles or flooring of your choice and install the electric sockets and lighting if requested. If you have ordered a ceiling fan, we will fit it. We even clean up afterwards. When all the jobs are done, we may ask you to fill in a questionnaire, just to make sure you’re totally happy.
