Trent Valley’s unrivalled service begins with a visit from one of our Sales Designers, we will listen closely and advise you with judgement and expertise, a full detailed itemised quotation together with design drawings will be prepared and posted to you. Upon your approval to proceed we will carry out a detailed survey measuring from both inside and outside, this will ensure the new windows fit exactly when the old ones are removed.

The next step will be a call from our installation department to arrange a day and time when we can install your windows, our installation teams are trained thoroughly so they know what to do – and they do it extremely well. They always take care of your home and what’s in it, they use dustsheets wherever needed.

Finishing off is one of the most important parts of the whole installation, we won’t leave you with costly and time – consuming details for you to deal with, overall we work with little fuss and minimum mess and leave your home as neat and tidy as we found it – we make sure you are totally satisfied.
